Each project is based on a relationship of trust, mutual respect, and attentive listening.
The collaboration aims to create a shared artistic work or project, through an open dialogue between each participant’s vision and sensitivity.

Each party agrees to respect the agreed deadlines and to deliver work consistent with their artistic proposal.

Each retains the intellectual property rights to their pre-existing creations.

The rights of use, publication, or reproduction of the works resulting from the project will be specified in writing prior to any public release, exhibition, or publication.n text goes here

A quote or collaboration proposal must be approved before the start of the project.

A deposit of €100 is required upon signing the agreement.

PAYMENT

The total price includes perpetual usage rights for all deliverables intended for marketing materials, print, and resellable items.

Payment can be made in 2 to 4 installments.

Payment Options

For larger amounts, flexible and personalized payment solutions can be arranged by mutual agreement.

For credit card payments, an additional 10% transfer fee will apply.
No additional fee applies for direct bank transfers.

Payment in cash via Western Union is also possible.

Additional costs (production, travel, materials, etc.) may be billed separately, subject to prior agreement.

Creation timelines are established by mutual agreement.

Depending on the creative flow, the scope of the project, and the fluidity of communication, delivery times range from 3 weeks to 3 months.

In the event of delay or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will agree on a new reasonable deadline.

Any major modification to the initial project will require an amendment or re-evaluation of the terms.

Each additional revision will be charged at a rate of €50 per hour.

I ask all my clients to commit time and attention throughout the project.
I appreciate receiving replies within 2–3 working days to maintain rhythm and coherence in the creative process.
For communication, I prefer using WhatsApp and Zoom.

If the client or collaborator cancels the project, the deposit remains non-refundable as compensation.

If the artist cancels, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days.

If the project is suspended, both parties will decide together on the terms of continuation or termination.

Any publication or communication related to the project must mention the names of the artists or collaborators involved.

No commercial or media use of the work may be made without written consent.

These conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will first be addressed amicably before any legal action is taken.
